“Flat” Friedman’s Ann Coulter Moment

Not to be left out in the Coulter media storm, Tom “Flat” Friedman, aka, Moustache of Understanding, incited a war on GM: “Is there a company more dangerous to America’s future than General Motors?”

In the piece that GM calls “rubbish”, Friedman wrote, GM is America’s most “dangerous” company. “Like a crack dealer looking to keep his addicts on a tight leash. . . . Our military is in a war on terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan with an enemy who is fueled by our gasoline purchases.”

The Value Proposition of an (HBS) MBA

As if to rescue us from Ann Coulter-induced stupor, yesterday the NYT ran a piece, “Was Earning That Harvard MBA Worth It?” It asks all the right questions: is MBA degree “an ace in the hole, a get-out-of-jail-free card, a ticket to the good life?”
